She also has a great network of inspectors, appraisers, this is very important since there was a time when we had to find someone with a day’s notice, so being able to rely on her network was not just a timesaver, but also reduce any stress that we would have had if we had to find our own teams. She is a tough negotiator, who always had your interests as her goal. I wouldn’t consider going with any other agent in this area.
